Account Manager / Aviation


Position Description:
The Account Manager facilitates relationships with clients, identifying their needs and coming up with Teague-inspired solutions. Account Managers are responsible for handling several clients at a time and must be capable of juggling multiple, large, complex projects without breaking a sweat.
 
Why We Need This Position:
We work in a field founded on change and innovation. We need someone who knows how to nurture clients and help them articulate what they want—sometimes before they even know what it is. That person then needs to know how to tap into Teague’s creative talents and energy to deliver more to those clients than they even thought possible. This position is about developing long-term relationships that will move the industry forward for both the client and Teague. We know our clients are the reason we exist, and we want them to be happy they’ve come to us.
 
Who We’re Looking For:
You love all aspects of working with clients. You’re so deeply committed to delivering the optimal client experience that you won’t sleep at night until you’ve personally verified that their expectations have been met. You have the experience to handle the concrete nuts and bolts of determining a given project’s scope, deliverables, timeline, and budget, but you’re equally capable of grasping the big picture, which means you’re adept at prioritizing multiple projects and balancing their competing needs, all while adhering to deadlines. Associate Creative Director / Interior Design / Aviation


Position Description: The Associate Creative Director of Interior Design is responsible for directing creative teams to conceive, develop and deliver creative solutions for those projects. The ACD must possess specialized knowledge of Interior Design and/or Interior Architecture, as well as the analytical skills and judgment to utilize that knowledge. They must be able to demonstrate their ability to identify what makes a successful interior environment and articulate how it meets client expectations and fulfills the design brief.

The Graphic Designer for Interaction Design works closely with TEAGUE’s interaction and industrial designers in our Seattle Design Studio to create compelling design concepts and strategies for consumer electronics and mobile device experiences. Industrial Design Manager


Position Description
The Industrial Design Manager is responsible for building, nurturing and inspiring our Industrial Design team. Along with the Managing Director and Creative Direction team, this person will work to define the future offering for Teague and push the talent level and quality of the creative work. They will oversee and manage day-to-day operations for the Industrial Design Group. This person is accountable for the technical and creative quality of the team’s work and will ensure that all projects are properly staffed with appropriate design personnel spanning user experience, design and prototyping work. The ID Manager collaborates closely with the other design teams to create greater alignment and integration throughout the company.
